Failure V/s Success

 My Name is Prince Sharma,I have completed B.Tech in Computer Science.

I did it from Good college but due to less marks in +2, i was not able to attend campus placement.

My all friends placed in big companies like Infosys,Birla soft,TCS,Wipro.

After passout from college i was alone in my life without friend. I got my first job as software trainee and my salary was 5 thouasnd but i reject that offer

coz i thought i dont deserve this. My friends are in MNCs.

Then i start my life with interviews and failed many time

List of companies i have given interviews

1. Dot Technologies (Sec -9 Panchkulla) Cleared all 3 round. But due to change cell phone no. i did nt recied my job offer. When i knew i was selected there vacany was filled with another guy. :-P

2. Kindle Bit Solution IT Park ,Chd :-  only first round clear then failed

3. Kapson soft Solution chd. : Failed in aptitude test

4. Jayanti software solution,Mohali :  Cleared all round and selected there work 2 months there due to lack of knowledge i was fired from there.

5. Ingier Dot com : failed in verbal interview technical round.

6. Climace Infotech ,Mohali : Cleared written test but failed in HR & Technical Round

7. Indiwork solution : Failed in Technical interview round

8. Access Infotech : Cleared written test but not interested in back end field database

9. Vibe Intent Solution ,Mohali : Failed in written aptitude Test

10.Pick and Frame Chandigarh : failed in technical interviews

11. HCL ,Chandigarh. Failed in technical interview

12 Failed in many interviews etc don't remember others name

blah blah blah....

I got frustrated and stuck and think i am looser i have some limitation that's y am not getting job..i was failed many time..My hobby is reading post on internet .

Once i was reading about failure story and i think failure is success if we learn from it. When we failed we don't know at that time we are just behind the success. So don't loss hope guys.. Keep Once chin up.

Finally i got job in Enest Technologies and start my carrier from 5 thousand as software developer now i m getting 11 thousand and working hard . My company doing outsource and i m working in latest technologies like MVC,JQUERY,ASP .NET ,KNOCKOUT JS,SINGLE R. And i m very happy from my job.

Do hard Work,Give 100 %,Learn from Failure.. Definatly you will got success soon.
